Golden Bomber's Upcoming YouTube Broadcast
Following the broadcast of Golden Bomber's June 3rd concert at Tokyo Dome Hall between June 9th and 11th Japan time, the eccentric quartet have scheduled a real-time broadcast of their tour final performance through YouTube.

MIYAVI reveals details + teaser for new single, “DAY 1″!
MIYAVI has revealed the details and a short teaser for his upcoming single, “DAY 1“!
“DAY 1″ will be released on July 11th, and is the second part of his collaboration project featuring multiple artists, “SAMURAI SESSION WORLD SERIES“. The single was produced by YUKSEK, who has become a rising star in the French electronic music scene, and will feature MIYAVI’s powerful slap guitar along with a hard beat that fans can look forward to. The coupling track is a new recording of the song “FUTURISTIC LOVE“.
The single comes in CD and CD-EXTRA form. The latter features performance videos of three songs from the “EMI ROCKS 2012” concert in February. The jacket cover design was lead by Seki Kazuaki, who opted for a transparent film with the artist name and song name printed on top. A seemingly transparent CD will also remind fans of the freshness of his Lotte Gum “ZEUS SNOW STORM” commercial.
MIYAVI posted a video teaser for “DAY 1″ on his official YouTube channel, which you can check out below along with the album cover and track lists. Be sure to let us know what you think of MIYAVI’s latest work!

YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz to Disband !!!
YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz guitarist TAKUMI has announced on his official blog that they will disband on July 4th.
YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz will hold their last concerttitled Camui Gakuen, Sparkly Male Cram School, Happy Birthday Live, Don't Cry, Let's Say Sayonara With Smiles at Nippon Budokan, on July 4th which will also serve as GACKT's birthday concert.
This disbandment comes after two years of activity. Reasons cited for the break up are that some members feel they can't achieve their individual goals in YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz, therefore deciding on a positive break-up in order to create something new. The band members hope that fans will look forward to their new projects in the future.

Versailles - New Single "ROSE" cover
To commemorate their fifth anniversary, visual kei band Versailles will release a new single titled ROSE on July 4th.
The single consists of four tracks, which are the new songs ROSE and Ayakashi -ayakashi-, and the previously released Love will be born again (Japanese Version) and THE RED CARPET DAY.
In addition to the regular CD-only edition, there will be a CD+DVD edition titled ROSE -5th Anniversary Box-. The DVD contains footage from the World Tour 2012 -Holy Grail- Grand Final ~Chateau de Versailles~ held on February 12th, as well as history footage of the band.

SID - New Album "M&W" [01.08.2012]
Visual band SID will release a new album on August 1st.
Titled M&W, the album's theme revolves around men and women. It will be available in three different editions. The regular edition will be CD-only and its first press editions will come with a special bonus, though details regarding this have yet to be revealed. The limited Type A will come with a bonus DVD and a photo booklet, as well as a special cover. The limited Type B will come with a bonus DVD.
Details regarding the album's tracklist and contents of the DVDs will be announced soon.

SCANDAL reveals track list & cover for “Taiyou Scandalous” + ’shuffle unit’ photos
SCANDAL has just revealed the track list, covers, and new promotional photos for their upcoming single “Taiyou Scandalous“!
As tokyohive previously reported, the single was produced by NAOTO of ORANGE RANGE and is currently slated for release on July 11th. It has been revealed that for the coupling tracks of their latest single, SCANDAL will be splitting into two units.
The HARUNA and RINA unit “Almond Crash” sing the B-side “Koi no Hajimari wa Diet” on the ‘Special Unit Version A’ edition of the single, while MAMI and TOMOMI will team up as “Dobondobondo” for the song “Cherry Jam” on the ‘Special Unit Version B’ edition. The ‘Special Band Version’ of the single will contain the KBC Mizu to Midori no Campaign theme song “Welcome home“.
Almond Crash’s “Koi no Hajimari wa Diet” was produced by the famous RAM RIDER, while Dobondobondo’s “Cherry Jam” was produced by SCHA DARA PARR’s ANI. This marks a drastic change for SCANDAL, who has been solely a girl rock band up until this point.
The song will be played in full on the radio for the first time on June 4th on FM Osaka’s “Atsumare! MUSIC COASTER“. In the meantime, check out the cover, track lists, and promotional photos below!
